Its 100 bucks cheaper for the kit. I don't know much about Canons. It seems good though. D90 has a MUCH better ISO range though. I think you would use that over whatever the 450D offers.

how much would the d90 kit go for i found the 450d was like about 650 for the kit and about the same for the d80.

Hmm, I was alittle off. BH sells the 450D for 700, as a kit. The D90 is 1000. So I guess you are right! Whops!

the 450 kit on ebay is about 100 dollar cheaper.

alright i made up my mind, iam getting the canon t1i. from what i read its pretty much the same as a d90 and has 2 video mode 1080p at 20 frame per sec and at 720p 30 frame per sec.
